1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Platform at https://www.wpotranslations.org/, you agree to be bound by these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and Customers.
2. Permitted Use
The Platform may be used for the purposes of obtaining document translation services in accordance with the Public Offer Agreement.
Users may access, browse, and use features of the Platform for personal or business document translation needs.
3. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
Upload documents for which they do not have the right to request translation.
Use the Platform for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes.
Upload documents containing prohibited content (child exploitation material, incitement to violence, material violating applicable law).
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Provider's software, models, or proprietary methods.
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Platform without prior written authorization from the Provider.
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, systems, or services.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, design, text, logos, and translation methodology, is the property of the Provider or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
The Customer retains ownership of the source documents they upload. The Provider retains no ownership interest in Customer documents.
The Translated Document is provided to the Customer for their personal or business use. The Customer may not resell or commercially redistribute Translated Documents without the Provider's prior written consent.
5. Account Responsibility
The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
The Customer must notify the Provider at wpotranslations@gmail.com immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of their account.
The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Service Availability
The Provider makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond the Provider's control.
The Provider is not liable for any loss resulting from Platform unavailability.
7. Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. The Provider is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of such websites.
8. Changes to Terms
The Provider may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Significant changes will be communicated by email or by notice on the Platform.
9. Language Priority
In case of any discrepancy between the Russian version of this document and its translations into other languages, the Russian version shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise by the Provider.
