For organizations and agencies
Refer your clients to WPO Translations and earn a referral commission on every completed, paid order. Suitable for visa centers, migration consultants, education agencies, legal firms, and corporate HR.
- ✓5% commission for 1–10 referred orders per month
- ✓7% after 10 orders per month
- ✓10% after 30 orders per month
- ✓Commission calculated on WPO service income, excluding notary fees, courier, bank fees, and other pass-through costs
Partner rewards
Organization referral commission
- 1–10 orders / month: 5%
- 11–30 orders / month: 7%
- 31+ orders / month: 10%
Translator — client referral
5% commission on orders from clients you referred via your personal referral code.
Translator — acquisition reward
5,000 KZT after the referred translator completes their first 5 orders. 10,000 KZT after 20 completed orders.
Payout schedule
Monthly payouts. Minimum payout threshold: 10,000 KZT.
Commission base
Commissions are calculated on WPO net service income, excluding notary fees, courier, bank fees, government fees, refunded orders, and other pass-through costs.
Important
- WPO Translations does not guarantee acceptance of any translated document by banks, visa centers, universities, government bodies, notaries, or any other receiving party. Acceptance requirements vary by institution.
- Notarized translation is facilitated through a partner process. The notary's requirements and scope of certification are determined by the notary independently.
- Partner rewards are paid only for fully completed and paid orders without refunds. WPO reserves the right to adjust commission rates with reasonable notice.
- External costs such as notary fees, courier and delivery, bank fees, government fees, and other pass-through expenses are excluded from commission calculation.
