Delivery time: from 2–5 minutes to 2 business days, depending on document type, volume, service level, and quality of the uploaded file. You may cancel an order before processing starts and receive a full refund. Once OCR or translation has started, the Refund Policy applies.
FAQ
WPO offers three service levels: Electronic translation (automated, without agent stamp or notarization), Translation with agent stamp (human-reviewed, with agent/provider stamp), and Notarized translation (partner process with a notary). The availability of the Notarized translation level depends on the document type, language pair, and jurisdiction. WPO does not guarantee acceptance by third parties.
Most notaries and certified translators are willing to work from a pre-prepared draft. It speeds up their work and reduces the likelihood of errors. However, not all notaries accept external drafts — confirm with your specific notary before using this workflow.
